Mental Health

Guild’s mental health services are integrated, meaning the programs work together to provide clients with continuity of support. They are holistic, meaning they treat the whole person and recognize that mental illness impacts all areas of life. They are person-centered, meaning the treatment approach is determined by the needs of each individual. And they are community-based, meaning we come to you, where and when you need help.

We combine community mental health treatment and supportive services to help individuals we serve reach the highest quality of life, and we create community alternatives to hospitalization whenever possible.

Many of our services require a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder. If you have questions about getting a mental health assessment, or if you or a loved one are struggling with mental illness or chronic homelessness, call our Community Access team at (651) 925-8490. From there, our staff will ask questions to learn about your current situation and needs, so they can connect you to the best care.

If you are in need of residential crisis services or looking for a crisis bed, Guild’s Crisis Stabilization Services can help. Call our Crisis Stabilization Services team at (612) 267-5242 for Maureen’s House in South St. Paul or (651) 347-9889 for Guild Crisis and Recovery Center in Savage to get started with a phone screen.
