Service to more than 3,400 individuals across all service lines in 2016.
Response within 24 hours to 929 new individuals and families – an increase of 33% over 2015 – calling for help. These are outside of our usual referral sources. Individuals received help addressing immediate needs, navigating eligibility and access issues, identifying options, and getting ongoing services. Often they connect with us first by using our simple online inquiry form, available 24-7 to start the process of getting help.
73% of individuals receiving Community Treatment Services were living in their own home in the community (on December 31, 2016.) And, they maintained stable housing.
98% of individuals leaving their home to be admitted for short-term Crisis Stabilization Services stabilized their situation without high cost hospitalization.
74% of individuals receiving Delancey Services for one year or more maintained continuous housing after experiencing chronic homelessness – often of nine years or more.
A record number of individuals, 33% more than 2015, received Employment Services such as job seeking skills training, individual job development, job coaching, and job support.
More than 180 community members help Guild Incorporated meet its mission and purpose through Volunteer Service. Be a friend to someone who is isolated, drive someone to the grocery store, play sports or card games, help raise funds – there’s something for everyone to do.
