Hear From Our Volunteers

“I chose to volunteer with Guild because I strongly believe in the value of community-based mental health. The fact that Guild is based in the community matters to me because this helps people served to maintain community connections and determine their own destiny”

Melissa

Volunteer Ambassador & Educator

“The best part of volunteering with Guild is all the diverse types of people I have met from all different backgrounds and experiences. Connecting with people at a personal level and showing we are human is the best part of Guild! We can make a difference one person at a time.”

Erica

Volunteer Educator

“Volunteering at Guild has been a rewarding experience. I’ve learned so much from the people I’ve met and the work that Guild does. Guild offers more than a bed and a meal. They follow people through the whole process and truly support them.”
