Coordinated Entry is not a Guild program, but a centralized process designed to coordinate program participant intake, assessment, and provision of referrals to various services including housing, financial, employment, and health services. In short, Coordinated Entry is designed to ensure all people experiencing homelessness have equal opportunity to find access to housing and assistance programs in their county.
Equal opportunity to get services
Coordinated Entry is the starting point to find housing for individuals who are experiencing homelessness. The Coordinated Entry system completes assessments with interested individuals to identify their needs and wants. From there, they prioritize individuals to ensure those with the most severe situations get their needs met first.
