Stable Housing as the Foundation
for Mental Health Recovery
Guild helps individuals experiencing chronic and long-term homelessness find stable, affordable housing in the community of their choice. Then, we provide supportive services to help them remain in their residence, engage in their community, and reach their personal goals.
Housing Support
This program provides ongoing supportive services and assistance accessing resources for individuals and families who have been referred through the Coordinated Entry System. It is designed to provide the stability necessary to engage in the community and successfully pursue broader health and employment goals.
Guild-Hearth Program
In collaboration with Hearth Connection, this program provides case management services for individuals who meet long‑term homelessness criteria. Case managers help participants prepare for a housing subsidy, navigate successful tenancy, and build connections to long‑term community supports.
Delancey Apartments
Delancey Apartments is a 13‑unit building in Saint Paul developed in partnership with Project for Pride in Living and the Saint Paul Public Housing Authority. It provides permanent supportive housing for individuals experiencing chronic or long‑term homelessness. Residents enjoy a supportive community and convenient access to resources on a bus line. On-site staff assist with tenancy education and supports along with connections to resources in the community.
“I went from the hospital to group homes, then to adult foster care, and finally to independent living. I’ve been on my own for about 9 years now. All thanks to Guild.”
