We are proud to announce Dawn Marie Nelmark has been named Guild’s first-ever Chief Advancement Officer. Dawn Marie brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership to Guild, as well as her proven track record of unlocking human potential and delivering sustainable growth.
This new role was created, in part, to diversify Guild’s revenue model in order to sustainably meet our mission. Dawn Marie will lead the new Advancement function, bringing together fundraising, marketing, and volunteer services—aligning priorities and creating flexibility to pilot and deliver innovative solutions to the individuals and communities served by Guild. While most mental health nonprofits are primarily reliant on public dollars and reimbursements, Guild has a long-term vision for creative growth—a vision that will be spearheaded by Dawn Marie in this new role.
